50 years of history

We are working for almost 50 years in the sector of cold moulding with sheet metal presses, construction of moulds and equipments, mechanical manufacturing with machines-tools and production of metallic carpentry moulded and welded.
Every processing is carried out internally: from the construction of moulds to assembly of the final product by using machine-tools and CNC Machining Centers, as well mechanical presses from 250 to 1000 tons with power lines and/or with robot handling and robotic welding cells.
Since early 2000, we have developed a specific know how in the markets segments of electrical appliance and automotive.

To offer a integrated service and high quality level, we have an internal technical office we permit to work in co-design with our customers to optimization of products and maufacturing, working with development methodologies through CAD CAM instruments and with an inside institution of quality control, with 3D measuring machine and metrological instruments of the latest generation.

Thanks to highly qualified staff, technical skill and extreme fessibility and efficiency production, we are recognized as reliable and safe partners to advanced solutions for different needs of different areas manufacturing in Italy and abroad.

With our productive processess of high standard, flessible and efficient, we guarantee the quality of any product and an effective and timely post- sale service. For this reason we have adopted stystem of operational management, comply to highest standards quality with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 regulation.
Every product is subjected to a severe “in pocess” monitoring system of weldes, analysis of derived audition for the verification of mechanical characteristics of raw materials (steel), dimensional, superficial and quality checks in all flows of entry and exit of materials.
